Terms of Service

1. What Campus does

Campus is a student organization tool developed by Jacob & Jay. It can display schedules, homework, school calendar events, club times, and cafeteria information in one place.

Campus is an independent application. It is not an official product of KISJ, Google, Google Classroom, PowerSchool, or Apple.

2. Your accounts and information

You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the information you enter, and keeping access to your Mac secure. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use.

Your use of Google Classroom, PowerSchool, and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

3. Appropriate use

Do not use Campus to access another person's account, interfere with the application or its supporting services, or violate applicable law or school policy.

4. Accuracy and availability

Campus summarizes information from sources such as Google Classroom and PowerSchool. Syncs may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Always confirm important schedules, deadlines, and school notices with the original service.

Features may change or stop working when a third-party service changes. We may update, suspend, or discontinue Campus when necessary.

5. No warranties

Campus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Campus developers are not responsible for missed deadlines, schedule changes, lost local data, third-party outages, or indirect damages resulting from use of the application.

7. Limited license

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the rights holders of Campus grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Campus on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial academic organization. Campus is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. License restrictions

Except as permitted by applicable law or a separately applicable license, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder:

• Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense Campus or any part of it.
• Redistribute or upload installers, executable files, or modified versions to another server, including free redistribution.
• Include Campus in a paid product or service, or charge for access to or downloads of Campus.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract or reconstruct the source code of Campus.
• Modify or copy Campus code or protected components to create derivative software.
• Bypass, remove, or disable authentication, access restrictions, or security features.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, license notices, or attribution.
• Use the Campus name or logo to imply that a product or distribution source is official or endorsed by the developers.

Sharing links to the official website and official download page is permitted.

9. Intellectual property and user content

Rights in Campus code, original designs, logos, and related materials remain with their respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of your own content, or content provided by your school or third-party services, to the Campus developers.

10. Third-party components and separate licenses

Third-party software and open-source components included in Campus are governed by their respective licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted under those licenses.

Where Campus code or a component is provided under a separate license, that license takes precedence for that code or component. The availability of source code for viewing does not, by itself, grant additional rights beyond these Terms or an applicable separate license.

11. Breach and termination

If you materially breach these Terms, the rights holder may terminate your license upon notice to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using Campus and delete the copies in your possession or control. Rights that continue under a separate license or applicable law are unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Campus or its integrations change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.

The app usage is not open to all people, there might be restriction or features not available that may vary by people.
